It is wild that you've made it this far without even reaching the end of season two, let alone FWWM or The Return. Excellent work!

Only the real og subscribers remember Nikas Sim building skills

I had to do a double take when I saw this was posted 2 days ago.
Good video.

Wait… you HAVENT SEEN THE RETURN YET?! 😲😳. Ohohoho! Boy you are in for quite a shock!

these videos just keep fuelling my twin peaks rabbit hole, i can't get enough!! your analysis is so insightful, i can't wait to see you move through the rest of the series!

TWIN PEAKS ?? 6 DAYS AGO?? HELLA YES !!

That's a very compelling reading, honestly, if an unpleasant one. I've often seen the Frost books (both Mark's and Scott's) as a sort of ... perpendicular branch to the Lynch content, which I personally tend towards more for purely subjective reasons. David Lynch and Mark Frost seemed, at least anecdotally, to have had an understanding that each of them got to have their own "version" of Twin Peaks which, while complementary to one another and equally valid, sat on its own "plane." I think it can be easy to take the "mainline" (filmed) stuff in isolation, or to cherry pick what one does and doesn't consider to be "canon" (canon being kind of a silly idea, imo, especially when it comes to this series, but also when it comes to fiction in general), while forgetting the "complementary" part of the equation.

Anyway, I sometimes forget that it's all one big "pearl" composed of different strains of sediment, and that some of the juiciest stuff is found at the intersections. You've just pointed out a resonance that I hadn't noticed before. Now I can't quite unsee it. This is not a series where the answer is straightforward. There's layers and wheels within wheels and all that good stuff. When I say that "I can neither confirm nor deny" your interpretations, I am not even being glib or coy. Like, I literally can't, with any degree of confidence, do either of those things. I am empirically incapable. Alls I can say is that it really is something interesting to think about.

Wow awesome video. We need a Windom Earle & Philip Jeffries analysis

6:35 you pointing this out made me remember that apparently, Kyle Maclachan dislikes cherry pie, so I found this kind of funny in an ironic way

This is fascinating and I'm sure your breakdown will be very pertinent going foward especially in The Return.

Fascinating thoughts as ever, never stop wondering why.

Very excited for you to see The Return.

This was really well done.

What a brilliant analysis.

Nikas back!! Amazing video!

Nice video!

I read and loved the book when it came out -- and came to the same conclusions you did here. The book -- plotted by Mark Frost I believe -- laid out that Cooper has always been involved in the struggle between the Lodges... and likely a victim of possessing spirits.

Love your breakdown of the autobiography... [EDIT - I realized after-the-fact I'd already watched Nika's video regarding Dale's Tapes - deleted this part of the comment]

Thoroughly enjoying your theories and analysis, and your Sims build was… impressive to say the least.

I really, really can't say anything
But I am so looking forward to your thoughts on The Return

I don't want it to be so,  but yeah,  cooper IS conflicted, at least a bit. I want him to be this perfect paragon, but we've seen him fail some times, and though it's not what we (I) want, it does feel real, so i can't complain.
