Don't forget, the man who looks like a president is just a CEO, the CEO of Buy 'n Large. His company took over everything: banks, supermarkets, *everything*.

The beginning part of this movie is so subtle yet so brilliant in showing how WALL·E thinks. WALL·E clearly has emotions and sentience, but it is different from a human mind. The part where he throws away the diamond ring and keeps the box gives so much insight into his personality. He loves novelty, he doesn’t see beauty quite like how we see beauty, to him, a box is beautiful because it has a hinge, it was designed, it has moving parts. He enjoys the lighter because it hinges open, makes a flame, he loves the plant because it is something he’s never seen. To him, a diamond is a rather boring piece of carbon crystal. It’s just a uniform pattern of atoms, he enjoys human-made things because they have a variety of interesting materials put together to perform some function.

This movie is what I consider to be Pixar's magnum opus, might be a bit of nostalgia bias but the music and the story just hits so good, and the message seems to get more relevant as time passes, makes me misty eyed everytime

21:35, the fact Scoot is watching a movie where people have become to lazy and get assist with everything and then ask siri for an answer and gives up when it doesnt asnwer

It's ironic he's watching a movie about everything being automated and then to figure out how many years they've been on this ship He asked a automated assistant instead of using the calculator 😂😂

22:31 Astronauts have to CONSTANTLY exercise while out in space to prevent their bodies from atrophying in zero gravity. The Axiom has simulated gravity that is weaker than Earth's, so while its not quite the same, that little difference compounded on the collective laziness would have the same effect with enough time.

31:25 —fun fact: In almost every Pixar movie, there is a A-113 easter egg hidden in the movies like this one. That's because it pays homage to classroom in Cal Arts where most of the disney and pixar animators studied. It's kind of like their inside joke

Still cried after the 1000th time watching this 😭

20:40 If you look closely you can see  that each captain has served for approximately 120-140 years as captain and that the journey started around the year 2105 and the sixth and current captain having started at the year 2775. Meaning that Wall-E and the spaceship is over 670+ years old.

Best Pixar movie ever made and no one could ever convince me otherwise. The brilliance of successfully writing so many emotional characters with barely any dialogue can't be praised enough.

This movie has been my favorite basically since birth. My Grandpa used to take me into his office which, aside from my Mum and Grandma, no one else was allowed in not even my cousins. He would take me there just to watch WALL-E. That's where my love for anything romance began, and my love for show don't tell comedy. Rest in peace Grandpa.

3:33 that's an original iPod and I'm dying inside 🙃

35:47 "Ladies and gentleme-"

Mo did intentionally go to save Wall-E.  And they were cheering for the Captain because he was fighting basically for humanity and earth when he took those first steps.  When first saw this movie and I heard the music from 2001 A Space Odyssey's loosely titled "Dawn of Man" when he took those first steps, I teared up and it gave me chills.  That humanity will always strive to exist and are made to live not lounge, that's how we were created.  The end credits are everything and tells a greater story through one of our greatest achievements - ART.  Reactors really miss so much with this story.

12:13 this scene always get me laughing, she was shaking the whole house by her adorable jump

the scene where they show the previous 7 captains, it also shows auto in the background getting closer and closer each time

7:05

That wide shot of the rocket with the harp playing in the back goes so hard

27:40 Wall E froze for a moment because Eve kinda did a robot version of a kiss, and that’s why he kinda froze when he got a little spark.

4:25 Nah Scoot, imagine biting into a roach and finding a twinkie.

WALL-E is so peak really love that you finally got to see it
