Green Day EXPLAINED | The Stand That Nearly Wiped Out Rome

Bizarre Star Platinum

2,424 views

Green Day is one of the deadliest Stands in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind. In this Stand Analysis, we'll explain Green Day's abilities, how Cioccolata uses its deadly mould powers, its strengths and weaknesses, and why it nearly wiped out Rome.

The sadistic psychopath, Cioccolata and his Stand; Green Day, stand in the way of Team Bucciarati in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind. Let's break down this Stand and it's immense power.

Cioccolata has a history of poisoning and murdering his patients on camera, birthing the psychopathic Stand, Green Day. The mold powers of this Stand are on a city-wide scale and this makes Cioccolata and Green Day one of the deadliest Stands that Giorno Giovanna and Team Bucciarati have faced in Part 5 Golden Wind.

(I'm trialing a new video formula, let me know what you think in the comments!)

This is the first video where I am trying out my latest Stand Analysis video formula. Any feedback, please don't hesitate to let me know how I can improve it.
Enjoy the new video on Green Day!

I honestly believe Cioccolata took over the role meant for Fugo if he had turned traitor. Their powers are way too similar. The big difference? Purple Haze is pure rage, but Green Day is straight-up remorseless death. Araki recycled the biological weapon concept but stripped away all guilt

oasis is an armor around his partner and stands don't get infected.

@large_hadron_colander8301 2 months ago

Since Oasis is a stand suit, and stands aren't affected, maybe that's how ?

@Jannus_19 2 months ago

I like the new formula better since it has categories of scores that you need to fill before deciding on the final verdict

Pretty out there, but I'd like to see Nut King Call, Joshu Higashikata's Stand from Part 8

9:34- this is the reason why Cioccolata is truly vile- his indiscriminate attack shows he's a destructive psycho, but the fact he omits Secco from the devastating effect shows he is truly aware of how much he can control yet does it anyway- because he enjoys it on a sick level.

kraft work would be a good stand to analyze, ive always felt like it had so much unused potential with its ability

If you are gonna do Oasis. A potential fact about the namesake is that during that time, Be Here Now is their most recent album. Just a fun note. Considering a car was involved sinking into the pool like how a car sinked into the ground during the Oasis arc.

But anyways, I enjoy the video so far :D

I for one enjoy this form of your analysis video

Great job on the video love the simplicity of the analysis videos from the start

What makes Green Day devastating was also if’s user.
Past Stands like Sun and Seth had potentially devastating abilities but were in the hands of users who were incompetent.
Cioccolata was maniacally intelligent and cunning. Truly someone to not take lightly in creating total devastation with his deadly stand.

I love this new and fresh take on the Stand Analysis format!

As for a request, how about a video on Soft Machine, Mario Zucchero's Stand? I love Stands that wield weapons like swords, and the Silver Chariot episode is one I revisit a few times. : >

I appreciate the extra info and opinions rather than just reading off what's on the wiki, so that's good, though user compatibility feels like an odd category given how most Stands work. Sure, there's Cheap Trick, but still.
