so many people are afraid of floyds and if they slowed down and realized how it works and how to change the strings or even breaking a string they would change thier minds about using them

Once you get this down pat, floyd roses are so easy to deal with! Heck, this is the process for any floating tremolo out there I follow for the most part.

When I first started taking guitar classes in 1994 my instructor recommended an MIJ Jackson JSX-94 with the dual locking Floyd licensed trem system. That was probably not the best recommendation for a student but the guitar was so awesome I did my best to learn how to set it up and keep it in tune. This was how I learned to do it eventually but only after much trial and error!

Does changing string gauge alter the existing intonation?

The fastest for me is to change the string 1 at a time so the tension change is not too drastic.

With a floydrose, can you put even higher gauges for power tuning? Would i need to change springs if i go from 9s to 11s or 12s?

Parang gusto ko ulit ibalik yung function ng floyd ko nilgyan ko kasi ng alambre para madaling itono at nung time na binili ko sya wala akong ka idi ideya kung ano ang cons nun hindi rin ako kagalingan sa guitar noon bsta binili ko lang that was 10yrs ago na ata at magaakala na ggaling sa guitar pero dami nangyari kaya walang nguari saken haha..at ngayon palang nagbabawi kung kelan tumanda na..😂😂😂

Same parin ng intonation yan master kahit nagpalit ng gauge?

Ps. Kasarap naman ng gitarang yan, pati color way panalo. Isa sa gusto kong design ng gitara 😅 reverse head, banana style.
