My father bought me the game when i was 7 or so. My mother was strictly against it but he just said to her its just a nice dino explore game. 🤣 Oh boy, he knew it. It was our little secret and we always played it when my mom were asleep. It was dezember 2000… i miss you dad. Through you i got in contact with gaming. Thank for everything ❤️
I work in a pharmacy that i inherited, sometimes i imagine this theme when starting my turn after my brother, preparing my things, today i did it playing it for real, argentina, buenos aires
it really makes you feel like you're in a futuristic hospital or place, yet set in an ancient world 65 million years ago.. I close my eyes and I can see a rainy jungle full of dinosaurs, watching it from a window inside a futuristic building.. it's kinda funny, yet so relaxing
I still remember the first time I played this masterpiece... I was about 8 or 9 years old and obsessed with dinosaurs. My best friend at the time came to sleep over after school, my mom rented Jurassic Park 1 and 2, and bought a bunch of snacks. We spent the whole night playing Dino Crisis, watching Jurassic Park, and creating theories about dinosaurs, evolution, etc. Good times! I wonder if kids these days still do that kind of thing.
One of the best video game music tracks of all time! The way it's both peaceful yet unnerving, calming yet tense, futuristic yet almost mystical, a moment to catch your breath before returning to the horrors just beyond those doors. The persistent "doo-doo" that kinda sounds like a disconnected phone line really makes you feel isolated and abandoned
