You Have Mail (Slowed + Reverb) — Dino Crisis | Wind & Raindrops | Ambient & Relaxing

The Viral Highlight (Background-Art)

You Have Mail, slowed and reverbed with wind and raindrops, using a background of Regina standing at a glowing computer terminal inside the Ibis Research Facility.

In Dino Crisis (1999), this track plays when Regina accesses facility computers and receives incoming email messages. These terminals deliver mission updates, internal reports, and fragments of communication from staff who were present before the outbreak. Through these messages, Regina learns about the experiment that caused the time distortion, the failure of containment, and Dr. Edward Kirk’s hidden objectives. The email system becomes the only remaining voice of the facility’s dead personnel, guiding Regina deeper into the complex as she uncovers how the disaster began.

"Kirk, that fool! What's he plotting now?"

Playing this game as a kid was. . .terrifying because of the Danger system and the way dinos could track your blood trail, but also confusing because of that friggin' DDK system.

One of the best videos of this type I've ever come across, I don't like games in this style, but it even made me want to test it, I downloaded it here and I'll play it a little. Thank you for posting this, it helped me a lot in concentrating my studies, it became one of my favorites!

Most people don't understand DIno Crisis.
Shinji Mikami and his team created a survival horror masterpiece with that game. It's ahead of its time.

Games of this era (Silent Hill, RE, Dino Crisis, Metal Gear Solid, Deus Ex, etc) had an epic vibe to them. Pure creativity.
