Noob Saibot took the words “Me, myself and I” to the next level

In an interview with Ed Boon, he stated that Noob Saibot’s friendship was mo-kapped, making it all the more impressive.

Imagine if Terminator decide to run aross the screen with him holding his bike.

Not only is Kano grilling blood sausages, he’s also grilling shrimp.

In other words, he’s got that shrimp on the barbie, as the stereotypical Australian line goes.

The fact that sub zeros blue ice is a reference to Johnny cage calling him grandmaster blue berry ice.
Edit: thanks for my first ever 1k like comment on youtube

The perfect Syndel friendship would have been if her scream was absolutely silent and a horde of puppies came running in.
A dog whistle, you see.

It's so hilariously in character that even in a friendship, Joker can't help but try to murder you

Joker’s friendship confirms that batman is technically in the game, no clue how I feel about that

I love how Joker's fatality was almost a friendship, and his friendship was almost a fatality.

I like how Joker was going to kill anyway, and Batman had to stop him.

Bob Morton: What are your orders?

RoboCop:

1. Serve the public trust
2. Protect the innocent
3. Uphold the law
4. Keeping it fresh...

Fun fact, the filters on Cassie's friendship are entirely random.

Most of these make sense: Joker's was almost a Fatality. Spawn's is risque, true to form with him being from Image Comics. Sub-Zero makes Blueberry ice cream. And Sindel's somehow makes her look more like a bitch than NetherRealm already made her.

Kitana and Mileena hugging was surprisingly super heartwarming.

Skarlet’s is funnier if you know her VA is actually a very good, skilled painter irl who specializes in the human figure

Only for skarlet to draw a hilariously crappy stick figure out of blood

Kronika's friendship - She rewinds time and turns everything back to MK1 graphics.

Sub-zero's is my favorite, the fact that he has a frozen snacks cart filled with nothing but sticks is in itself absolutely hilarious.

The fact he didn’t notice he randomly predicted Jade’s friendship was priceless

By the way, Scorpion’s Friendship is actually a reference to MK (2011)’s Challenge Mode where one of them had Scorpion fight Mileena after rejecting her gift Teddy Bear because Scorpion “hates teddy bears.” Guess he learned to lighten up with Mileena’s subsequent offer, eh?

Skarlet’s friendship is a nod to her voice actor being an artist.
