I also just wanted to note that I’ve never heard a better explanation of “depression” by saying you feel dissociated from your body and stuck in your head. That’s exactly how I’ve been feeling, but couldn’t find the words for it. So thank you. It was freeing🌸

I noticed the point where you said that you had experienced depression yourself, and seemed to have to hold back getting emotional. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the rawness of the video and the relatability of it, I could see the emotion and how personal this one was to you, and I loved the healing that came with the video, too. It helped me so much. Beyond thankful. Such a sweet soul💕

The blur is not at all an “eyesore”!!! I really enjoy warm and soft presentation, so it doesn’t disturb the aesthetic!! Plus, I find myself listening as I get tired/find my peace and my focus naturally starts to weaken. ❤️❤️ Thank you for the good energy xo

"now lets take three deep breaths"

me after breaking down crying from you explaining depression: "my nose is clogged up, I really cant, but ok"

your explanation on depression is also so spot on, I'm honestly so glad I found your channel two months ago, because whenever I can't get out of my head, I watch your videos to lift some of that weight off. thank you <3

Last night I had a massive panic attack. You helped me falling asleep the three times I woke up during the night with a racing heartbeat. Thank you.

I'm just so tired. I'm either unable to handle my emotions, or I just feel nothing at all. I think my spirits just broken. I just can't anymore. It's all too much, yet not enough

I’m currently going through therapy, cbt and taking meds from a recent depressive episode with severe anxiety and suicidal thoughts. It’s taken up most of my year alongside COVID/lockdown. I really appreciate this video, glad I came across your channel. Very relaxing and soothing. X

Just lost my Grandma at 97 years old. This video is cosmically on time for me. Thank you for doing it. The burning sounds are a new favorite of mine, keep on doing those smoke cleanses!

I’ve been struggling with depression since I was 13 and I’m almost 21 now. 5 months ago my best friend that I lived with was killed in a car accident. My mental health issues have just gotten worse since then, but I’m desperate to regain control of my life. I wanna live a happy and healthy life so bad, but I’m suffering from what seems to feel like a ever ending battle in my mind. This video helps me feel understood. Thank you ❤️
