Anyone else feel like their own depression and anxiety has more depth and complexity than others?

I’ve battled depression and panic attacks for a long time now and I can reliably say that your videos absolutely 100% do make me happy when I feel down and if I’m having a panic attack your calm tone brings me down from being so wound up over whatever’s triggering the anxiety. Your channel is awesome and I hope you make videos forever :) 🩵

I usually don’t comment… I just wanted to thank you… being touched deprived, dealing with depression, anxiety attacks, sh, and general anxiety… this helped a lot. Literally got me in tears… thank you again.

With each video, you are helping make over a hundred thousand people's day a little less stressful and a little more peaceful. Keep up the great work.

This clearly comes from a place of understanding and lived experience and was SO genuine. All of us the world over who are struggling will benefit from this video. Thank you most sincerely.

I used to watch you in 2017, going through benzodiazepine withdrawal. I remember that period so intensely, because it was very painful, but I could focus on these videos. You still haven't changed much, and that's nice to see.
I associate that time with a profound lull of peace, that I have not been able to experience since. It's like no matter how hard I try, my brain pushes back.
I wish I could find that state of tranquility again.
Thanks for all that you do.

I've been avoiding this video because the topic is sensitive plfor me, but today it was just what I needed. Thank you, Sophie, for bringing me comfort and closure in my "rainy mind days"

This made me cry but it was good to hear for someone who has anxiety at the best of times

Let's be honest, I came here to cry. I knew what I was getting myself into.

Thank you for the help with the holding of your hand trick. Ive been in a depressive episode now for awhile, swinging from despair to anger depending on the day. Its exhausting, but ASMR is my happy place. Thanks Sophie ❤

I was diagnosed with depression (later diagnosed as MDD), social & generalized anxiety, and PTSD about 6 years ago now. It's hard, I'm so tired of it. Sometimes I feel okay, but then I don't. And when I don't, I really don't.. I like watching ASMR like this, because I don't want to feel like a bother to the people around me..

This sweet sweet video put me to sleep last night. 😊
I have severe insomnia and could get almost 6 hours sleep, so thank you so much

Going to bed is a moment that I hate because I never know whether i'll be able to drift off. Also I don't like it because I am very lonely and isolated so this is quite stressful. I just want to be loved, but I don't feel worthy of it. Life is sad and doesn't feel worth living.
