I’ve never met anyone who hadn’t known the “I am your father” until my girlfriend saw it for the first time a couple years back and I will cherish her reaction as it was priceless

Star Wars and LOTR alone could fill entire list. Bridge of Khazad Dum. Charge of the Rohirrim at Fields of Pelennor. Eowyns oneliner: I am not a man!🗡️
Destruction of both Deathstars.
Emperor arrival at Deathstar.
Walker assault on Hoth.
Second father son duel at Endor.
Palpatine making himself Emperor to thunderous applause.
Clone army being loaded into ships at end of Attack of the Clones.
Ents destroying Sarumans fortress. I could go on and on.

The greatest cinematic moment from lotr is 'For Frodo' and ' ...but I can carry you' as a close second..... remarkable that so many from this list comes from movies in 90s...perhaps the golden decade for modern cinema

Many of my favorites are listed here: the Mustafar duel, the Sparta kick, Hovitos idol theft/temple escape, the TDK bank robbery, the portals’ opening, and Vader’s revelation. Excellent work, WatchMojo!
