The Star Wars Sequel Trilogy is great because it relates to Christianity or something. Maybe Zack Snyder was involved?

You guys remember when Jesus killed his disciples? Exactly like Kylo!

Wait a minute…

Alan being crucified in Smiling Friends is more of a Christ figure than Kylo

@nathankirkham7866 1 year ago

Kylo didn’t die a hero, he died after committing one of the most heinous acts. Reviving Rey.

Missed opportunity to have Kylo looking at the other crucified guys and say “does it hurt?”

11:03 "Stabbing still has consequences. They haven't retconned that yet." Boy are these guys prophetic. 😂

That thumbnail is wild work.

The EFAP crew briefly went over it, but in WHAT fucking world is Sauron an example of a vague villain??? Voldemort as well, but I really only give a shit about LOTR, so imma talk about Sauron. Sauron is an overwhelming, NAMED, PHYSICAL, CLEARLY MOTIVATED AND ESTABLISHED force that moves against Middle-Earth. In what way is any of that vague??? Wtf does that have to do with Sauron???

Jesus was a man… Kylo was a man… by George do you see the connection!!

As a Christian I’m offended

Even shit like Riverdale and Glee managed to have way more respectful goodbye episodes to their actors that died between filming than Star Wars did with Carrie

Hurr Durr Kylo Ren has none of the virtues of Jesus but he got stabbed in the side that means he’s Jesus!

Remember when Jesus took off his shirt and had a telepathic conversation with a girl who beat him in a fight? Or that time Jesus threw a temper tantrum when his disciple told him some bad news? Or the time he killed his father? Or that time he got his ass kicked by a projection of his uncle?

… No neither do I.

I thought Leia was Jesus, dying for the sins of Kylo? So Kylo represents mankind?

This theology is very confusing.

The movie Heath Ledger was filming when he died is "The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus" (sounds like a Troy McLure movie). Johnny Depp and others finished his scenes and donated their salaries to Ledger's daughter.

If ANYBODY is analogous to Christ it's anakin, except for the fact the devils temptation worked on him

@B3000-i4d 1 year ago

Yes, Heath completed The Dark Knight. He died filming The Imaginarium of Doctor Pornasius.

One of the notable things about Back to the Future is that it DID encapsulate the 80s while IN the 80s. It shined a light on the stuff we would later recognize as iconically 80s. It was very insightful in a way the vast majority of films won't be
