She saved up so much money for this and finally got her artistic vision. Such a heartfelt performance!!

I paid just £50 for a seat in a box for this - best value concert ever and the best I have ever seen live!

0:34 you can tell that music isn't only her livelihood but literally her life. she feels & understands music so deeply and that's what sets her apart from most artists in our age. she's just spectacular, wow! 🥹

Raye and Olivia Dean are two of the most talented women who are slowly but surely taking over the music industry. And so deserving of the fame.

Raye honestly deserves a Grammy

I was at the rehearsal for this, and with full orchestra, band and choir - it was one of the best listening experiences of my life. The Requiem is soo beautifully written and I'm so grateful for the experience🩵

You know, I have this notion of prestige when someone performs at the Royal Albert Hall like even the Grammy's isn't comparable to the performances in The Royal Albert Hall

I’m old. I’ve seen a lot of incredible artists. I’m grateful that I lived to see an age that included this genius of an artist. The writing, arranging, the passion and soul, what a gift you are to us, Raye.

The orchestral intro- is what RAYE is inherently all about as an artist. She still believes in real music backed up by real instruments/ backing singers....just watch her whilst the instruments are being played-- she clearly is passionate at this beautiful music being played right in front of her!

Plus, for those who may not be aware, she has this sheer inner love for jazz/ orchestral arrangements, & that is clearly echoed in her real appreciation for past artists, such as Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Billy Holiday, who have all have been cited by her as both major musical & personal influences.

This Albert Hall performance as a whole, deserved her a music styled Oscar- & that is not because she was acting at all!

Simply, we should be extremely proud of her, & how she is implementing her own music style, as an independent British, home grown artist onto a global stage!

I would definitely take a bow, if I was ever fortunate enough to actually meet her in person!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 RAYE's vocal control is insane. So crisp, so precise, and pure perfection! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This version of the song is everything. In a world of automation the orchestra is a real statement. We need human made music to react to and feel something. Raye is going to be even bigger when her next album smashes it. A truly iconic artist and talented creative.
