You should see my chicken.... I literally open a bag, put it on a tray & bake at 425 for 15 minutes and enjoy it.
They even look like dinosaurs

"we're going to be super technical for this one"
> messes up the recipe
> messes with the oil temperature
> gives a C tier

My wife is gluten free and never thought she'd ever have fried chicken again. Then Guga goes and lays down the potato starch giving us a renewed hope. We're cooking it tomorrow and will report. Thanks Max and team! :)

8:02 she took the heat like a champ! The other two had to talk to distract themselves from the heat 😭😂

In india the chicken is washed because they are always freshly cut rather than any packaging or preservatives. So we wash the chicken to remove all the blood that were left during cutting so they are neatly clean and perfect size

Babish made an ultimate fried chicken video 10 months ago. The final recipe is the best recipe I have ever cooked. Instead of that, Max makes wings.....

I think the golden balances recipe would have been a lot better if you made the batter more wet. You can clearly see that his batter was way more wet than yours, so your breading was just a lot more thick than his.
