Man, one thing I just love about these videos is how we get tiny little fun facts + the history of random stuff. Not only am I watching fun challenges with Max, Kyle and Sophia (that are perfectly hilarious and entertaining), but I am also learning some small facts that are just simply fun to know about :) Absolutely love you guys!

Sophia’s spice tolerance is absolutely insane! 🔥🌶️ I’m seriously impressed by how calmly she handles those ridiculously spicy challenges while everyone else is struggling 😂 What a legend! 👏🔥

Kyle was loving this episode so much 😂 who doesn’t want to torture their boss like that. Sophia put the lads to shame btw.

fun fact about jalapeno peppers: you've likely never tasted a ripe one. the green peppers are unripe and the ripe ones are red. the red peppers are sweeter and spicier then green ones but they weren't shipped due to not surviving transport, unlike the green ones

personal spice story: i LOVE chili, spicy food etc, and someone at work brought in what i THOUGHT was some lightly dried habaneros, so i've just munched one like an apple and...well it was a carolina reaper. ears nose and throat have never felt so damn clear XD

Max, you don't need to torture yourself for us. Just give us a tour of how many cooking gadgets you own: fridges, smokers, grills, dry agers, sous vide etc. and show us your knife collection, what they should be used for and what you actually use them for.

I'm 61 and just now discovering a love for spice. My taste buds have dulled over the years, and it's amazing to fall in love with a whole new world of food. Great video - Cheers!!
