CC just wants to play basketball, for crying out loud. She shouldn't have to keep answering these ridiculous questions because of what a handful of people say or do online.
If players are tired of receiving DMs from people, they have the option to restrict or turn off their messages. No one is saying the abuse is okay, but social media gives you tools to manage that. At some point, we need to stop painting entire fanbases with the same brush because of the actions of a few loudmouths. The majority of us are just here because we love the game and want to support our teams and players!
