The title of the video is misleading. Please change it. The Sheikh never talked in the whole video about things regarding the comparison you put in the title.

One very important fact we, ALL MUSLIMS, must recognize that no one but no one had Wahee after Rasool Kareem Sallalaahu Alayhe Wassallam and every sincere, pious, scholar is fallible.

Don't let sectarian debates and factional labels overwhelm you. When in doubt, always return to the core foundation that unites us. Stick firmly to the 5 Pillars of Islam guard your five daily prayers, fast, fulfill your zakat and sadaqah, and stay away from what is clearly haram.
Islam was meant to bring peace and clarity to our lives, not endless confusion. Remember the authentic narration of the man who asked the Prophet (pbuh) if simply keeping the core obligations and avoiding forbidden acts was enough for him to enter Jannah, and the Prophet replied, 'Yes, he is truthful.'
Focus on sincerity, good character, and fulfilling your direct responsibilities to Allah. You don't need complex group labels to earn His mercy just keep your faith pure, stay truthful to your obligations, and let your worship speak for itself.

MashaALLAH sheikh

How about we follow the Quran and Sunnah and don’t worry about labels

Asalaamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakaatu,       blind following."   may Allaah guide him to that which is Correct.    Aameen

Sheikh, your response should have been that following one of the four Imams is obligatory for a layman.

Why not just Mohammedi ,instead of Maliki, hanfi, shafie and hunmbli? Lailaha illalla,Mohammad Rasool Allaah, did Allaah sbt told us to divide umma of our beloved prophet Saw?

the first guy got no spine , he could have replied easily about context and reason behind that hadith which was to protect the itegrity and property of women because at that time Prophet said this in response to a system in which males use to do non contract marriages with women to inherit their properties and then abandan them after marriage , to protect rights of women Prophet added presence of a guardian who is witness to contract of marriage
And in islam it is allowed for a women to even devorce a man over his face looks , Quran explicitly give them right to marry whoever they want by their will and against force marriages. Combined all hadiths regarding the thing and combining all quranic verses we reach conclusion that the hadith about Wali is Context specific with a reason behind it. You should not just see one hadith and ignore all other they do not contradict at all they just fit in a contextual patteren.
one blind follower who ran away vs a Respectable sheikh who ask people to blindly follow

Both against  are against  the command  in the Holly  quran  not to split .and they proudly  do .  They all follow  storey books and their reporters.

There is no link between your title and video itself, what do you want to show and prove?

Assalamu alaykum. Do you state that the Abu Hanifa rahmatullahi alay and those who follow the Hanafi madhab are wrong? Does Abu Hanifa ra go against the sunnah? If you you're someone whoe doesn't have enough knowledge, than you're ment to follow a madhab so it's easier to follow islaam.

What ignorance this Sheikh hallucinates theres only 1 set of hadith... theres varying Hadith on certain matters... we follow the scholars from first 3 generations... not Ibn tayimah or the madhab of our nafs

Do you think Immam Abu  Hanifa Razi ullah did not have the knowledge  of Hadees and what in has fiqah he deviated from Hadees or Sunnah. Those are the people who dedicated all their life for learning and teaching the Quran and Sunnah. Why they go against Quran and Sunnah  e Rasool. So following him is not the mean that someone is distracted from Islam.

The problem with your understanding of this Hadith is that if a woman does not have a Waali, then according to you she must not get married. I get it that if a woman has a Waali, then he must give away the girl he is a guardian of, though. You cannot take scripture literally and apply them literally, being too afraid of an innovation :)

Allahuakbar....is guy is so disrespectful.....no matter what madhab u follow, no need to be disrespectful....Shame on this guy who called.

The path to follow is Ehl-i Sunnah vel Cemaat. One of the four İmams:

- Hanefi
- Shafi
- Hanbeli
- Hanefi

Such a shame that the first guy blindly follow Madhab.

People who disregard the truth in favor of their traditions and culture are fools. Sheikh conveyed a clear Hadith refuting the first guys assertion, and he still is wagging his tail for scholars most of whom were unaware that the Hadith existed at the time so it is excused upon them. He however is willfully and enthusiastically ignorant
