Sorry to say that you are not empowered by Allahu subhanahu Taala to declare anyone to be not a Muslim. Even your status is with Allah whether you are a Muslim or not. So fear Allah when you make such declaration ❤

As long as a person is claiming to be muslim.. Belief in Allah alone, Prophet PBUH, Day of Judgement, Ambiya, Malaika, etc He or she should not be doubted for be being a Muslim. If you are so picky you will find even among Sunnis one firqa us considering other as doing shirk and on Kufr. So every Shia is muslim as a Sunni is . REST IS UPON Allah SWT to accept us as a muslim.

During hajj and umrah there r janaaza salaah every Salah for all beliefs of brothers so what is the fuss. Allah swt knows best HE is the FINAL judge

There are things that make a Muslim a disbeliever according to the Quran such as Mocking Allah, His verses, or His Messenger ﷺ
Quran – Surah At-Tawbah (9), verses 65–66 “Was it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking? Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief.” And other verses too. And it’s in many Hadiths as well.

You will be in my prayers, may God grant you enlightenment and knowledge and the realization that is not up to you or anyone but God deside who's a Muslim or not.
And again I would keep in mind that spread false information to cause friction among Muslims is not only wrong but is also a big sin.

thank Allah , i was not forced into this circus of sects
I am Muslim and whoever say sahada from heart is a muslim except for small things such as black magic and other things that throw person out of islam .
I am Muslim quran and sunnah never says that shias are not muslims , In fact Khomeni actually decleared fatwa that banned cursing on sahaba
so what is left behind? some political differences? everyone have different opinion , small political difference dont make you wrong
it is a worldly thing let it go

Until there is clear Hujah for someone’s Kufr they can’t be called a kafir and praying their Janazah is Fard Kifaya

what i was thinking is that this opens up THE question

What to make of fitna e awal after Prophet SAW when many groups fought and killed each other. The one's who killed shaba RA is for sure greater at fault than the one who curses them... Should we consider them not muslims?...

PS: Cursing specifically is also wrong per my contemplation of Quran. Wallah hu Aalim
