Measuring the wheel centre-to-centre on each side will give you a good indication; it should be within LR tolerance.

Hate it when AA auctions stage there cars to look better than they are. Purchased a Discovery a couple of weeks ago. The wheels looked in good alignment but when delivered was totally different. Good luck with the build

11:04 I might be a bit early with this comment as I haven’t watched the rest of the video yet. The lower arm has tore the rear bolt hole on the lower arm mount. The subframe will need changing or will need to be professionally repaired (welded). Under braking, the control arm will potentially move forward. Keep up the great content!
