Great tip

Loved this video! From WA state! And we are going in 7 months! Super exited!

Heck yeah, we love Costco Travel!

I’ve heard people advising to go late for
The check In, say 5 or 6pm, it’s less people and sometimes they will give you free upgrades

Thank you for the info! Are there any suites that have two bedrooms for families??

Hello, based on your experience and knowledge of Hotel Xcaret layout, what CASA would you recommend to stay in, to be kind of close to everything, beach, main lobby, restaurants?

Thank you for this helpful video! I really appreciated seeing your emails to guest service. I was wondering if they confirm your reservations before you arrive? So far i have emailed Xcaret Hotel Mexico Guest service and received wishlist reply and sent it back 36 days before arrival. I have not got the confirmation and it is about to be a week with no response tomorrow. I am wondering If i should try sending it again?
Thank you for any help!

When you booked through Costco were you forced to use their transportation options or were you able to use the Xcaret bus system?

Can you share how you were able to book both hotels through Costco

Thanks so much for posting this... Very helpful.

We read in other reviews that the resort is suffering in service, partially due to it's exponential growth this year... In you recent stay, what was your experience with staff and service?

Did you have any issues with them finding your reservation number because you booked through a third party?

Hi Bri!! Awesome Video. I went to book Xcaret on Costco and they have NO rooms with 2 Queen Beds. I'm booking for Nov 2026. Any idea why there's no 2 Queen bed options now (only King or Double Beds)?

Whats the name of the fb group?

Will they hold luggage if you arrive to the resort before check in?

Thank you for this information! We’re planning to book with Costco too but how did you manage to get a flight the day before your actual xcaret arte hotel booking? Costco bundles the flight and hotel. Another question is regards to accessing the eco parks, can you go there any time once your reservation is confirmed or are their buses only available once a day? Thanks!

Hi. I booked through Costco and got an ocean front room. I notice in your other video you stayed in the JR suite. Do you recommend me upgrading through Costco now or do it at the hotel?

14k for 5 people is that a lot including flights?
