What a crappy way to welcome guests! It's like your initial experience is based on whether you say yes to their pressure-sell breakfast. Excellent overview and glad you had a great time!

The sales pitch as soon as you arrived was disturbing. They were smooth but once I realized what was going on I said no, said no again, said no and I really meant it. The guy then definitely got cold and took us to checkin. The only other negative was the Brazilian Gaucho type restaurant that was pretty bad. All the meat was overdone and dry. With all that said, we are going back because the few minor things were very minor compared to the overall experience at the resort and it's eco parks. I'm looking forward to returning and know what to do as soon as we arrive. I didn't know about the lounge at the airport! Great tip!!!! The Costco transportation took forever so I would recommend paying extra for the Costco private transportation or using the Xcaret bus. Great video.

This check-in freaks me out. When you go to SEA and pay a high price, you'll have premium service from start to the end of your stay. WTH with that kind of attitude and service to start your vacations just bc you refuse to fall for their timeshare scam.
