Nothing brings back childhood memories like Bob Cole calling a Leafs game on a Saturday night.

Who's watching this with me in 2019?

You can see dougies tears building right from the get go. I always felt after he left the leafs that his heart stayed in Toronto. To all you smaller kids who are told you'll never make it because of your size...play with heart like Mr. Gilmour did and things will workout for you. Thanks for the memories dougie.

😊 Will never forget the 93 playoffs:  Gaunt, 20 lbs underweight, battling like a warrior.
Dougie, Nik, Wendel, Sylvan, Ken, and Felix!

Doug gilmore the sylvestor stallone of the NHL

One of the most intense and played with the most heart a true Maple Leaf. "Killer"

Fletcher  fleeced his boy Riseborough.

There's no one on the Leafs currently that competes with half his passion.  From the look in his eyes on the ice you can see why he's "Killer"

Im 49 watching and remembering this.... Dougies years in Toronto were also some of the best years of my life. We had Maple Leaf Gardens, Toronto Maple Leafs grit, Paul Morrison, the fans, the go leafs go chant... the city was on fire in the early 90's. Great times. Thanks Dougie 93.

Greatest introduction ever written, no exaggeration. A PERFECT capture of who he was.

He was clipped by Gretzky's stick in 1993, The Leafs would have won the cup vs Montreal.

I love seeing a legend getting honored. Much respect to you Gilmour.

I was at this game, gave me chills ❤
We Love You Killer 93 best Leaf ever!!!

greatest leaf of all time and one greatest ever in the sport.

Thanks for putting this up. Brought back so many great memories watching hockey night in Canada with my dad..

That's what you get if you make it to the Conference Finals in Toronto, imagine the players that win the next cup... I'm thinking statues.

Small correction. Dougie is not "the killer". He's "Killer". Its a name, not a title. :)

Had the pleasure of meeting Gilmour at a car dealership i worked at, he  took the time to take pictures with us. Great player on the ice and nice guy off of it.👍🏼

What a beauty. Will always be my favorite of all time
