I own the same colour Bear 650! Can't get enough of it! ❤

I bought one, last year. I test rode, a couple of bikes. But the bear was the only bike, that made me smile.

You aren't kidding about being easy to service. The valve adjustment doesn't even require shims! Just a feeler gauge and some box end wrenches.

Of all the Bear 650 videos that I've seen, your video has the best sound capture for this bike!
I am from India and was considering this bike,  the only deal breaker being the ride quality, although road quality has considerably improved here in the last 10 years, but still a long way to go.
So if it came with a bit softer suspension setup and a set of cross spomes with tubeless tyres, then I would bave gone for it, as certain road conditions create a higher possibility of punctures on tubed tyres.
But I love that you are having a great time on hour bike, wish you many happy miles and smiles 😃

Good Job and congrats- Yes. BugMoto is great! I bought my Himalayan from Eric at Sabatino and they are a great shop and treated me well. You probably saw from the previous videos we really struggled w/ the right pulling issue- that is resolved and in the past (but extremely frustrating). We obviously have the same color Bear and I am really enjoying the hell out of it. I rode my Himalayan to the Artic Circle this year solo and had a blast. Enjoy, stay safe and keep in touch!! bought the same one, same color from sabatino 5 months ago. 3k miles on it now. added windshield, fuel x lite, dna filter. waiting on the decat pipe. took it on 700 mile trip last week - had a blast performed great - even rode through a lightning storm near christmas valley. -). see you around.

It seems like a perfect fit for your history of Motorcycles. They’re cool looking Bike and I think you would’ve regretted the triumph 400 over the 650cc.. just for the grunt…the only one I’ve ever seen in the flesh, I saw recently in the Philippines, heard it first then saw it, what a stunner it was in the yellow.
Is that an Alfa 164 in the background?

Great vid man! How is the FuelX tuner? I put one on my vitpilen 401 and it was a night and day difference, especially with intake/exhaust done. Is the Bear the same way?

Looking at pulling the trigger on a new 2025 model this week as my second bike (currently own a continental gt 535), glad to hear that you like it. I’m planning on taking it everywhere lol. Question, haven’t heard too much about US highway performance, what are your thoughts?

I have a bear in the same colour, bought it one year ago and have already done 10000 miles on it. And i love it!

Did some modifications to it, first thing was just removing parts like the handles on the back and the left side and the front fender extention. Mounted a silencer from Mistral, that´s much smaller than the original and the AEW that you have.

But the most important thing for me was to replace the tail light and the indicators in the front and back. I hate the original ones.

The bear looks much more beautiful now.
