This video explains what I'm doing to increase my picking speed. I apologize about the rambling nature and length of this video but shorter more concise tutorials will follow. I have made a track, based on the Deantown intro, that starts at 50bpm, gradually increasing in speed in increments of 5bpm every 16 bars (or measures) up to the speed of 110bpm. I can't get up to 110bpm yet, only in short bursts. This exercise will help build speed in just over 10 minutes a day. Links coming soon.
