I'm glad Sean made it through this documentary without dying

Now that's soldiering

Sharpe narrating the documentary? That’s soldiering

Colonel Richard Sharpe narrating his own war, its perfect primary source

Take a sip every time someone in the comments says "soldiering"

I see Sean Bean in a Napoleon documentary and I click it. That's my style, sir!

ah, i see, Jonathan Ferguson, Keeper of Firearms and Artillery at the Royal Armories' Museum in the UK which houses a collection of thousands of iconic weapons from throughout history made it into this documentary. Now that's soldiering!

Sharpe talking about Waterloo? Now that’s true soldiering 🥹..

Welding two electrical contacts together...now that's soldering

“O’er the hills and o’er the main
Through Flanders, Portugal and Spain
King George commands and we obey
Over the hills and far away.”

My Favourite show as a kid

I'm delighted to see that this documentary features Jonathan Ferguson, keeper of firearms and artillery at the Royal Armouries Museum in the UK, which houses some of the most iconic weapons from throughout history.

Sitting down with a Sean bean Waterloo video I last viewed in 2015.
Now that's rewatching.

Sean Bean living through this documentary…that’s soldiering

Upon sighting Mr Sharpe, one naturally choose to watch this most outstanding video, that's my style!

This was an unexpected yet VERY welcome surprise, Sean Bean narrating a documentary now thats soldiering!
Right while I'm still rewatching Sharpe series and Hornblower

I saw Sean Bean, i saw the picture of the waterloo battle and I read the title. Say no more.

Its nice to see Major Sharpe commanding the Chosen Men again

Proud member of a Prussian re-enactment group (the Leibregiment) who participated in 2015 and 2025. It is always great to see how our French friends, with hundreds of men, form the column of attack in real life. And – naturally – our British friends "work like a machine" :-) You are always thrilled to be in Waterloo (or La Belle Alliance, as we Prussians say). I remember 2015 very well, and rumor has it that Mr. Bean visited the British camp.

Well, Sir: Upon sighting a Sharpe-adjacent video, I naturally gave the order to watch. That’s my style, Sir!

Sean Bean is a legend. That's all. Great video, thank you! <3
