In the meantime the borders are open and there's no solution to close them but our own tax money is being used to document illegal immigrants

What about the Palestinians  that came in plane in SA  without  documents, why didn't they  go to the country  nearest to  them like Egypt  or Dubai, why us?

The Revolution will won't be televised 📽🙅‍♂️

3:09 So the lived experience of South Africans is not true. It shows how out of touch the government is

We're very angry

SOUTH AFRICA HAS REACHED BREAKING POINT: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

This issue is about far more than the Constitutional Court decision. It is about the growing pressure on our country, the failure of government to regulate migration effectively, and the consequences ordinary South Africans are forced to endure.

First, our public services are under immense pressure. South Africans are increasingly competing for limited places in schools and universities, access to healthcare facilities, housing, water and electricity. Our infrastructure is already struggling to meet the needs of our own population, yet government continues to fail in managing migration responsibly. Overcrowded communities, water shortages and electricity outages only deepen the frustration of citizens who feel abandoned by their own government.

Second, government must take responsibility for where migrants are accommodated and who bears the cost. Those who advocate for accommodating migrants must be prepared to provide the necessary resources, housing, infrastructure and services. The burden cannot simply be dumped on already struggling communities while taxpayers are expected to absorb the consequences. Whoever wants migrants accommodated must be prepared to provide for them. If government permits people to enter and remain in the country, it must have a credible plan to accommodate them without compromising the rights and needs of South African citizens.

Third, border control, documentation and public safety cannot be ignored. Communities have legitimate concerns about whether everyone residing in the country has been properly documented and whether the authorities can establish their identities and backgrounds. Effective screening, law enforcement and immigration control are essential to identifying individuals who pose a criminal threat. Drug trafficking, murder, rape and other serious offences must be investigated and prosecuted without fear or favour, regardless of nationality. No nationality should be collectively labelled criminal, but neither should criminal activity be tolerated under the pretext of political correctness. South Africans have every right to demand that government knows who is entering the country, who is living here and whether immigration laws are being enforced.

Fourth, the situation at Addington Primary School in January was an unacceptable failure of government. Local toddlers were denied school places while the school accommodated more than 1,000 migrant toddlers, most of whom were undocumented. South African parents were left struggling to secure places for their own children in their own country. How can a government justify a situation in which local children are denied access to education while the authorities fail to ensure proper immigration documentation and adequate school capacity? Why did President Cyril Ramaphosa fail to intervene? South African children must not be pushed aside because of government’s failure to manage migration and plan for the needs of its own citizens.

Fifth, the alleged diversion of medicines destined for public healthcare facilities demands urgent investigation. Reports that medicines intended for primary healthcare facilities were discovered on buses travelling to Zimbabwe raise serious questions about supply-chain security, accountability and possible criminal networks. At a time when Gauteng’s public healthcare system is experiencing significant medicine shortages, the public deserves a transparent investigation into whether medicines were unlawfully diverted, who was responsible and what action has been taken. If medicines intended for our already struggling public healthcare system are being diverted illegally, those responsible must be identified and prosecuted. South African patients cannot be left without essential medication while government fails to safeguard public resources.

Sixth, where is President Cyril Ramaphosa’s leadership? While South Africans struggle with unemployment, crime, overcrowded schools, pressure on hospitals and failing infrastructure, citizens are entitled to demand answers from a president who has a constitutional duty to serve the people of this country. His engagements on international affairs, including Palestine and BRICS, and his association with matters involving Ankole cattle must not become a substitute for addressing the urgent problems facing South Africans. Questions surrounding the reported R6.4 million Ankole cattle sale also deserve transparency and accountability where the public interest is implicated.

The question is simple: why must ordinary South Africans continue to carry the consequences of government’s failures while those in power evade accountability? Why are our children, patients, unemployed citizens and struggling communities expected to compete for increasingly scarce resources without a credible plan to protect their interests?

The time has come to confront these issues decisively, lawfully and without political intimidation. South Africans cannot continue to be told to accept the consequences of a migration system that government has failed to manage. Our borders must be controlled, immigration laws enforced, criminal networks dismantled, public resources protected and communities properly supported.

This is not a call to attack people because of their nationality. It is a demand that government fulfil its obligations to the people of this country, that immigration be managed in accordance with the law, and that those who break the law face the consequences. Equally, the government must stop treating legitimate public concerns about migration, infrastructure and access to essential services as though they are automatically expressions of prejudice.

The Constitutional Court decision is only one part of a much bigger national crisis. The real question is how we arrived at a point where ordinary citizens feel that their needs, rights and dignity are being sacrificed while government fails to provide convincing answers.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! We must fight this battle for accountability, effective border management, public safety and the protection of South African citizens relentlessly, peacefully and within the law. We cannot continue going around in circles while the same problems grow worse and government fails to act.

South Africa belongs to its people, and its government has a duty to put the interests, rights, dignity and welfare of its citizens at the centre of its decisions. That is not xenophobia. It is accountability, responsible governance and the protection of our constitutional democracy.

The time for excuses is over. The time for decisive action is now.

These are the very people who have put ANC in power 😂😂😂😂
