Today I went out into the streets of Peroba, in Maragogi, to show you up close some of the large constructions and new developments that are springing up in the region.

I started the tour in front of Sabor de Maragogi, next to the Croa Mares Hotel, where I showed the area that is undergoing changes and the relocation of the restaurant to another location.

Along the AL-101 highway, I passed several beachfront developments and constructions, such as Azuri, Le Parc, Vilaruna, the Arvo Hotel, and other places that are transforming the landscape of Peroba.

I also showed the parking lot, Chico's Bar, Bambu Lounge, other constructions that are springing up in that area, a large plot of land being prepared near the beach, and Zeza's Camping.

Then I went through Umbuzeiro and down to the beach. There, I showed the low tide, the fishermen, the tranquility of the beach, and some places that have already appeared in our other videos.

It was a different kind of tour, full of conversation and showing a bit of the reality of Peroba at this moment: new constructions, commerce, the beach, residents, and a region that has been undergoing many changes.
