This is genuinely gorgeous. And the discoloration of Davis' makeup makes Jane appear even crazier & disturbing.

You know its a good movie when Joan Crawford is a sympathetic character 😭

Bette was really robbed of that Oscar. I've never in my life seen a better performance than this from ANYONE

Bette Davis was robbed of an Oscar for this role!

I think the main reason why this film wasn't in color is because Bette Davis opposed to doing the film in color. She ended up saying that it would just make the movie look more of a "sad story look pretty."

I love Bette Davis mocking Blanche 'Oh really, did she like it?'
Hah . . her face . . fantastic

Both of them deserved an Oscar for these performances - sheer genius

If someone had not seen this movie and known it was in black and white.  Then they would have never known the difference.  The color on Betty's face does this justice especially with her deranged behavior in this movie .... good job !

They don’t make them like Bette and Joan anymore .  Should have both gotten Oscar’s for this masterpiece .

It is very chilling in its own way. When she recites her lines and sings the song, dipping into denial and then being pulled back to reality, it’s just really unsettling to watch. I adore this movie, very interesting to see it in color!

When Bette repeats Joan's "Oh really? Did she like it?", it's actually Joan's repeating herself as a voiceover while Bette's mouthing the words.

The fact she accepted this role testifies to her greatness.

Bette Davis created a character that is so real. So dangerous and broken. This is one of the top ten films ever made. The colorized version is perfect. I'd love to see the entire film colorized. Thankyou for sharing ❤️

No matter how many times I've watched this movie, it still always feels like the first time. Brilliant performances by both Joan Crawford and Bette Davis. 😂

The way she mimicked Blanche at 0:44 gives me chills.

The amazing thing about this movie is because Joan Crawford was such a beast in real life but such a meek person in this movie.

one of the greatest movies in history

Bette Davis was badass.

Baby Jane looks more creepy and disturbing in colour than she does in black and white. LOL
You colourized it brilliantly!

She looks more insane and creepy in color.
This is what nightmares are made of.
