Filming strangers is one of the strangest things we've normalized. Talking about the rise of prank content on tiktok, the lack of travel etiquette from tourists in Asia, how beauty standards have changed our perceptions of what the average person looks like, and some entitled main character syndrome stuff. Normalize going out to eat alone. I'm not lonely, i'm treating myself

Complaining that Korean men look average while being one of the most average looking white woman is definitely on brand main character syndrome 💀💀

Did she forget that idols are specifically chosen out of hundreds of auditioners for their good looks or at least “fixer upper” looks and then cosmetically enhanced afterwords? Scouts prowl the streets for kids and young adults that have good looks or can be cosmetically enhanced later before debuting them. It’s like scouting for models.

The boy screaming in the store then pretending it wasn't him, looked like he peaked in Elementary 🤷🏻‍♀️

Calling the old man eating alone on Christmas sad while sitting alone, and filming an old man on Christmas??🤔

@Afc_Dean 1 year ago

Filming anyone without their permission should be illegal everywhere. It's creepy

@joylipumano 1 year ago

The man yelling in the store and pretending it wasn’t him is disgusting. He acted that he was entitled to an apology.

@arte_ee 1 year ago

honestly even kpop idols, when you see either their pre debut photos or they're just not wearing makeup, without filters and in regular clothes, look like normal people, like you can't go outside and expect people to always be glammed up going to the supermarket or smth😭

I'm from brazil and living in the usa . I had a coworker who refused to believe me when i told him most brazilians are just average looking people and not these hyper sexualized american stereotypes. He came back from Rio so disappointed

The other tourists calling out the man who threw that snowball are truly the most based individuals.

That woman going to Korea for a Korean boyfriend would be in for a rude awakening learning about the mysongy that exists over there lmao

@lamorthonyfairyfriend4082 1 year ago

I mean celebrities from any country would look better than the average resident. Why would someone expect a country where everyone is a celebrity look-alike?

@cherise1863 1 year ago

Never understood why people go to Korea expecting everyone to look like K-pop idols when they don’t expect people in their home country to look like Chris Evans or Michael B. Jordan

@aruvius 1 year ago

her ego is crazy thinking she could even pull a Jungkook-level guy by just existing. she’s just as average as the people she’s filming.

@finchsticks4962 1 year ago

That snowball one made me so angry. What kind of psychopath? I feel so bad for the guy that got hit. He was so confused and shocked and just did not know what to do. At least somebody called him out. What makes somebody do that

@DeadDancers 1 year ago

Snowball guy literally filmed himself assaulting someone, admitting it on camera, then shared it?

9:05 Going to Korea and expecting regular civilians to look like Kpop idols is like going to America and expecting ppl to look like Madison Beer and Justin Bieber in his 20s

Edit: a lot of you guys are missing the point... Madison and Justin in his 20s are good looking ppl, the average person does NOT look like them. Also Justin has been living in the USA for over two decades, it doesn't matter where he was born....
