Another NEW 40k Warhammer Battle Report with Jason. He brings his Death Guard, and this time uses a core of Stinky Terminators and Characters to drive the blade deep into enemy lines. I am playing the Disruption disposition with my Kabalite Cartel and Jason tries to Purge all the Drukhari.

Thanks for watching! What do you think of the changes to the dispositions? Do you think my kabalite cartel would have been better played as recon?

I did make a contract mistake - but keep watching - we did notice and fix it.
Also - the disposition for the DG machines detachment changed from purge to recon during the update.

Its just funny to imagine the Deldar grabbing Death Guard Vox links and playing ASMR power washer audio on full blast

Death Guard are ineligible to do cleanse unless they call it by its proper Death Guard name: Befoul.

Taken Alive - poxwalkers ? Archon Skari indeed is cruel overlord even for his underlings.

Rabid Infusion only allows a Death Guard unit lead by 2 characters to Fight First, you were right inititally

I love Kabalite Cartel. I run it with Tools of Torment and bully enemies units with a block of wracks and two pairs of Talos while my kabal units score and pick off the contracts. Its a lot of fun. Gonna be running it in a couple GTs next month.

Always remember, Malys is 2 OC base for some unholy reason :P

I had a similar game against deathguard with cartel vs poxwalker detachment. Taken alive did amazingly as he failed 9/10 battleshocks across the army, best cp I’ve ever spent

Now in 11th - this stratagem has to change. It should either cost 2CP instead of one or only can be used Once per Battle. This is basically a Shadow in the Warp 1 CP every turn. This is so huge.

Skari is gona make Kabalite Cartel a 3p detachment and Taken alive cost 2 cp

Trying to learn more about the action dispositions so happy to see disruption

This was a super cool list that’s inspired me to get the dark eldar back out.

Love cartel and close games

Great game Skari! Two of my favorite armies and was really surprised how resilient the DG were score wise. I kept thinking the Drukhari easily had the game and then the score was counted and it was neck and neck. Your opponent was correct, missing all those morale checks cost him the game, not just in the last turn, but it hurt multiple times earlier when the contract was fulfilled and prisoners taken.

Just added to ‘watch later’. Absolute beginner here and of course warned about the difficulty of Drukhari. But they pull… Like the Dark Elves did loooong ago when exploring Warhammer Fantasy as a teenager.

Wife, kids and job now. Not the time for hobbies like I used to but these ‘Elves’ are so cool. Lets see if I like the playstyle. However nap time for this dad now.

Glad I found your channel 👊🏼

Been enjoying disruption on Dark eldar after sticking with Kabalite Cartel this edition, i think it has a rough time against priority targets but overall it's been a fun one. Still the Wytch 1DP detachment swapping it's disposition means i can actually try something other then just being locked to disruption for once.
