Bless you for sharing and tutoring us with your excellent explanations and careful slow demonstration for us to see and understand clearly what we must practice. All my life I have wanted to learn this and now I am in my 70's, but you have opened up a door to me. Bless you ten fold for your kindness. I have always admired your talents, your work and your imagination in the many different ways to create such colorful folk art that brings joy to the viewer! I have really enjoyed this video.

Excellent!! Learned so much!!

Funnily enough, about 20 years ago I walked into a quilt shop and the shop owner was teaching needle turn. I asked if I could learn. I bought a few pieces of fabric , thread, and a size 10 needle. She gave me a bit of freezer paper. I did it as I was shown, apparently I did a good job. She couldn’t believe my stitches were even and invisible.
I was so happy.
It was fun, but I haven’t done it since. Your tutorial will be watched and used . Thank you.

Thank you. Your method for the tips is great!

Thanks so much! I really learned a lot on this technique!!

Thank you Sue! I really appreciate this tutorial. Challenge accepted…..a leaf a day!

I follow you on instagram and I just love your feed. Your quilts are interesting not boring.

I love your gentle guidance in needle turn applique...it is soothing to just slowly add one stitch at a time...smooth gentle movement... keep practicing.   "practicing "  is the key.  Thank you Sue.

Thank you! I took your class in the fall. It was nice to have a refresher!

Hello good morning.

Thank you! I love your art!

Sue, once again, thank you so much for your great teaching. I love the cotton with the wool but I suffer with the turning of the edges. I don't want to suffer anymore! 😉 I am finishing up my last block of Fresh Cut which had been set aside for quite sometime. Now is the time to finish. It is still my favorite BOM pattern. I love them all, but something about that black background makes the colors pop. Your daughter's are doing a wonderful job with Birdie. They are so cute together. But you knew that! 💚

This is my first time ever hearing about this type of craft. I'm 68 years old & have been a crafter all my life. I want to THANK YOU for teaching me something new!! You are a wonderful teacher as well!! Also, you must have great eyesight.  Just watching you made my eyes hurt, ha! It's such intricate work.⚘️⚘️

Wow, this is so helpful. I'm just starting my needle turn applique journey. I'm not as afraid!

Great tutorial! Always looking for tips and tricks! Thanks for sharing 🩷🪡

Such an excellent tutorial! I look forward to seeing more of your videos and learning all that I can.

Thank you! Thank you!  I struggle so much. It’s halted me on Bloomer and I considered changing out the cotton for wool. Purchased but haven’t tried it yet the “Appliquick” kit.  As you were explaining all the things that could happen it was like you were in my head speaking. Hahaha. I’ve experienced ALL the issues. Thank you again for this video ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much for doing this lesson! Quite timely for The Dog and The Horse pattern I’m working on

Just found your channel, wonderful tips definitely will subscribe.😊

That was wonderful.  I have never see points done that way.  I have appliqued a lot and this would have been great to have known.  Points should be much easier now that I know this.  Thanks so much.
