Nothing in nature is perfectly symmetrical, those lines just give the bait some character.  Nicely done.

Awesome job! Love the shadow effect on the shell pattern.  Most ppl seem to put that shadow effect forward making it look backwards, lol.  The best shell pattern effects on crayfish lures I've seen is by  Tej Sawhney Designs & Lurecraft on his FB page.  Thanks for sharing!

Very nice, paint is one’s worst enemy, age, the way its stored, and how much it’s shaken up, (in some cases isn’t near enough) and sometimes some paints need strained, as for the airbrush, the paint chamber is at atmosphere, only gravity and the Venturi effect moves paint, so thick paint and paint full of bigger particles slows the exit of paint in a thicker, blocky mess, add not enough air pressure, you get splatter. As for the green splatter, I use small green metallic flake in my final coat, my first coat is were I want my flake, cure, then do a final coating, or just do the whole thing, I seem to like the effect it has on being more loud in a very minute way!

I was just going to paint something very similar for an upcoming trip.  Great look.  Question…..I too have Createx Flourescent yellow but it’s not really yellow, more chartreuse.  Do you know of any flourescent that is true yellow?  I haven’t found any.  Really nice finished product.  Thx
