Nice House Nice Villa

Very nice villa!

สวัสดีน้องเบล บ้านสวยมากๆ เลย รีวิวได้ดีมากๆ ✌❤

Hello from Washington DC. I love it! Very good tour.

Always the same question, à foreigner cannot buy land, only leasehold available. Thai govt is cracking on nominees corporation .  I always like Belle presentation but she should let the people know what options are available for foreigners . One option is to have a Thai spouse who can legally own the house

Very nice video 🎉

Nice but whats the point as foreigners cannot own land = HUGE RISK TO MY MONEY!!! No way!! In Thailand, you can rent only, buy in home country where you money is 100% safe.

Why do they always use such cheap looking wood for the built-in wardrobes, cabinets, and furniture?

Hi Belle,

Thank you for this presentation and I am really happy that you made some changes to the way you are doing your house tours. This one was very well done.

If you will permit me to make some more suggestions to further increase the impact of your video's -

1. If there are sliding doors which open up and enhance or highlight the functionality or utility of the property, I encourage you to capture that - for example including footage of the full concertina sliding door being opened (the door from the Pool Lagoon Pagoda to the kitchen).

2. Capturing some footage that shows the property near sunset with all key lighting on internally and externally can really lift the overall appeal of the property. It tends to make any property feel more luxurious and desirable.

3. Basic optional furnishings need not be specifically highlighted unless they are truly unique pieces of art or unique design features - for example the wall table at the end of the main corridor. The reason is that these sorts of furnishings are really about personal tastes and they can detract from the appeal of a property as well as enhancing it.

The property is also one of the better designed floor plans so congratulations to the developer. Of course no design is going to be perfect in the eyes of every person - but room sizes and core features seem to be well thought out.

I do have a question for the developer of this development. I am curious to know how flexible the developer is in regards to extending rooflines across external entertaining areas for example. For that particular Villa I think extending the roofline of the house out to the edge of the pool would create a really great true indoor/outdoor living style.

I love the curved window in the main bedroom but can't help but think its dramatic affect is lessened by its proximity to the Garage/Car Port area. Be keen to know if they have reworked the floor plan such that the cool curved window might be down the other end (so flipping the design to put the kitchen and main living spaces closer to the garage/ main entry point to the house).

Otherwise, loved this video and look forward to many more.

Tervitus Eestist! Väga ilus Villa! Palju see maksab Eurodes?
