Today I'm taking you to Khao Tao, just around 15 minutes from Hua Hin, to have a look at this beautiful new 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool villa.
Just for reference purposes this one is THB10.99M, US$328K, GBP247K.
The villa is part of a small development of just four properties, so it has a much more private and exclusive feel than some of the larger developments you’ll find around Hua Hin.
One of the things I really like about this villa is the amount of indoor living space. The main living area is very generous, and you have these huge sliding glass doors running almost the entire length of the sitting room.
When they're opened up, they really connect the indoor and outdoor areas and let in plenty of natural light. There's also this beautiful wooden slatted feature wall, which adds a lot of warmth and character to what is otherwise a very contemporary design.
The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third bathroom is located outside, which is particularly convenient when you're using the pool and outdoor areas.
Location is another big attraction here. You're in Khao Tao, close to Khao Tao Lake and the beach, with Sai Noi Beach also nearby. At around 15 minutes by car from Hua Hin, you're close enough to enjoy everything the town has to offer while still having that quieter Khao Tao lifestyle.
I think this villa could work equally well as a permanent home or as a holiday property. The location, views and proximity to the beaches should also make it an interesting option for anyone considering the potential rental market.
So, if you're looking for a modern villa with generous living space in a quieter part of Hua Hin, this one is definitely worth taking a look at.
If you are interested in this villa I can put you in touch with a real estate agent.
