Juval Aviv says a new Epstein release is coming from the survivors themselves, not from another government document dump. According to Aviv, women abused inside Jeffrey Epstein's network assembled names, dates, testimony, and images taken from the surveillance system that recorded powerful visitors. Their lawyers have the material, he says, and are waiting for the right day to present it publicly. Aviv predicts the evidence will force government leaders from office and send prominent figures around the world into hiding and litigation.

The compilation first establishes why Aviv believes he understands the network. Ghislaine Maxwell approached him in a London antique shop and hired him to investigate her father's death and recover money stolen from pension funds. Aviv inspected Lady Ghislaine and concluded its tiered construction made the accepted fall-overboard story impossible. He then followed Robert Maxwell's financial methods back to Jeffrey Epstein, whom he had already investigated for a client in the 1980s.

Aviv describes Robert Maxwell as an asset connected to five intelligence services and alleges that Maxwell and Epstein laundered money for political leaders, oligarchs, and wealthy clients. Maxwell supplied European access and elite introductions; Epstein supplied financial structures, women, and surveillance. The opening also traces the missing Soviet gold Aviv believes led to Robert's murder and the relationship through which Ghislaine connected the two worlds.

The final sections explain the offshore machine Epstein allegedly learned through Cook Islands entities and Swiss banks, the blackmail archive built from cameras across his properties, and Aviv's certainty that Epstein was murdered by a professional assassin. The unresolved object tying every story together is the footage: who controls it now, what survivors recovered, and why Aviv believes its release will reveal a financial and political operation far larger than the scandal disclosed so far.
