I greatly admire the Japanese for their education, respect, and the quality of their work.

i was locked in to watch the whole video in the first second, just because of the sound of the katsudon's crunch when it's being cut😅 i was in japan (only tokyo though) two months ago and i need to go back and explore so much more

So good...so cheap
Here in scotland people would travel from other cities just to visit...in Japan you are lucky to have such wonders

I am DYING to try that katsudon. I don't think there are any Japanese restaurants around in Phoenix AZ where I could get any.

It’s 7a.m in 🇬🇧 im watching this before going to work. I’m depressed because I’m drooling 🤤 but knowing I can’t have this for lunch, my choice is gross fast food or a bland dry sandwich 😂 thanks 😊

You can tell these videos are from Japan. In America there would be one guy working and three watching

does anyone know the broth that they are us the small fry pans? Is it Dashi with soy sauce or something else?

Software video stabilization makes this difficult to watch. The edges keep moving.

What is the meat being breaded in? It looks like shaved coconut or panko.
