Let's see, which version of Superman will this be? Most versions of Superman would be particularly disagreeable to what humanity has become: a rotting fascist xenophobic theocracy that treats its people as disposable, all in the name of just barely surviving.
Google: In a direct physical fight, Superman easily dominates the entire Warhammer 40k universe with his raw speed and strength, but he cannot permanently conquer or fix its dark, metaphysical problems. However, while Superman wins every battle, the Chaos Gods exist outside normal physics. They corrupt souls, bend reality, and pull enemies back from destruction. Superman represents pure hope. In a universe built on eternal war and systemic despair, he would burn brightly, but the darkness of the 40k setting is recursive, thoroughly ingrained, and hard to extinguish with muscle alone.
