This is the kind of episode that truly gives me hope.  I’m beginning to trust American dad being back on Fox

Easily one of my favorites of the season! It was great to learn more about Francine’s upbringing and the importance of her necklace.

This episode and “The Flume Flume Room” have been my top favorites so far.

CHILI CHECK!

This was the first one I caught this season since I cane back for Bob's Burgers and looks like I picked a good time to come back, I had fun. I think my favorite joke was Francine's guard guarding her over Zoom, good to see Baba on his own and it's not a complete retread of the peanut one, good stuff.

I'm monumently happy that this season is just continually picking up steam and it's commitment to (rebirthing?) updating and giving more meat to older characters while every other show does the opposite slowly phasing out everyone outside the main cast, but not American dad apparently, makes me kinda smug.

I know that it won't happen but I'd love for this trend to continue and for them to bring back Terry for the season finale or even the mid-season sorta-special (that all shows seem to do now, a trend I've noticed) would be great but I'd love the writers to do that as 2 part season finale (enough of my fanfiction, lol)

I'm glad we got more depth to Francine's dad I've been wanting them to do more with Franny's childhood

Stan and Jeff sat this one out. I think Jeff had one scene😅

You know, seeing how they’ve been doing stuff with old side characters this season, it kind of makes me wonder if they’ll bring Stan’s half brother back. I feel like there could be a good story there, maybe a thing about siblings that could involve Steve and Hailey. And as a fan of 80’s adventure movies, I loved this episode. It reminded me of the Goonies

Nice intro and outro! My fave parts were the henchman over slack and francine dislocating her arms and then just sliding down going WHEEE 😂

Hell YEAH!!!!

❤

Love the new theme song !! Hope you're doing well AA !!

Do add to Francines preivous charactersation fitting with how she actes in this episode, in one of the christmas episodes she talks about the different translations of the giants story with the blue orb eyes. That works so well with the training mentioned here. But one thing were I think they could have made a great call back is her being double jointed. In the episode were Hailey is scared that she is turnig into her mom and gets kidnapped by old people who want to steal their bodies (...), she and Haily are double jointed. It would have been a fun call back instead of having to dislocate her shoulders. But it does work better in this story about being forrced train and stuff

Love the new intro, man; kinda hope you give your avatar a chunky 2000s tv remote to match the vibes.

OKAY JUST BECAUSE SOME OF US PREFER THE ORIGINAL FOX ERA DOESN'T MAKE US UNCULTURED!  But yeah it's pretty impressive that this show has just kept pivoting to stay fresh instead of...whatever the fuck FG is doing.

Ba Ba keeps sharing intimate details about ma ma to Steve and him telling ba ba to stop had me cracking up.

Hyped up the video 📹 😅

thus where as Family Guy still remains the same But American Dad keeps getter better in there newest season

He's doing his own theme song. :D (ENG refrence)

13:50 my sad (and not trying to be disrespectful) conspiracy theory thats really sad is that the actress who plays Marge is dying or at least ill to where its a concern, you can definitely hear it in her voice now.

since Simpson is doing another movie, depsite not really wanting to before. finally giving characters a kinda-sort-of end to thie character arcs, e.g. Patty, Selma, Smithers another I cant remember

Also there was that announcement that the Simspons wouldn't be getting a finale in a traditional sense; to me that seals the deal that they're doing what they said they were gonna do like 20yrs ago at this point and just end it when one of the main cast dies, which as upsetting as it is, is so so much better than the alternative at least.
