In old usual vertical drama story, if scheming mistress wanted protagonist's kidney, hospital support it without all of this administration 😂

Why would a "daughter-in-law" be the one to "donate a kidney" to the husband's mother? He has an entire clan to "match" a kidney for a donor.  Also, kidney donors are usually clinically dead accident victims.  The wife's married life has been full of abuse from the "husband's side".  The whole family just wanted her dead, her property, bank, etc.
