Hey everyone! Fishing has been tough this year to say the least... Bad weather as well as tough moon phases and bite periods has meant that it has been difficult to have a good session, with most good weather days happening while I'm at work!
In this video, we show you the highs and lows over our last couple of sessions, and how we persisted to finally land a nice mixed bag for a feed! Despite the tough fishing, we had some epic moments with both reef fish and pelagics, using lures and bait. As well as some snapper fishing and other reef fishing, we show you how to catch mahi mahi at the FADs and have a crazy encounter with a kayak fisherman who caught a HUGE fish only 150m from land!
We are fishing off the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast during this video, everywhere from the close-in reefs to deeper offshore areas. I hope you enjoy and pick up a few tips throughout the footage! Thanks for all your support.
