So many incredibly talented singers from the Philippines.

I really enjoy “first time reactions” to Pimoy, just for the surprise factor. It is my understanding that he is 100% self taught, and an amazing success story.

We Filipino doesn't need training we just do Karaoke every day :)

i’m a Filipina and what I know about Marcelito Pomoy is that he is not classically-trained nor has ever received any kind of voice lessons. this is just raw talent which he developed on his own, for the love of music.

When filipino babies are born, they do not cry, they sing! 😂

Self taught. He was homeless and alone from age seven until he won Philippine's Got Talent in his mid 20's. He was on America's Got Talent Champion's version. Look all his performances.

He really has beautiful tone in both Celine & Andrea's voice but I truly love his masculine voice. It has a wonderful warmth, character & power.

sitting down in English and Italian,, pretty damn good for someone from the streets of Manila

@jdljr12 11 months ago

He is not human. When I get to heaven and see him singing in the Angelic choir I'm going to say...... I KNEW IT!

@nicklesh3187 6 years ago

Very limited English, talks through an interpreter, so to sing in two languages he doesn’t know is amazing. AND HE IS SITTING DOWN!

@suprapowers 5 years ago

Not only does he sing in two voices but also two languages neither of which is his native language that makes it even more impressive to me

your smile killing me so much...i think I'm in love🥰🥰🥰

I’ve seen this guy before. Crazy! I’m half Filipino so I gotta show support

@andyamejan4991 5 years ago

As a Filipino we are so proud to Marcelito for being a rare person to have his special skills on music. God bless his career always.

If he can do this through self training, just imagine what he could do with professional training/coaching. He could be world-class, selling out the largest venues. He already sounds really good, but with a 2-3 year commitment at Julliard or similar training regimen, he could enter a stage with a renound name the likes of Luciano Pavarotti in just a few years following serious training and good management.

I'm already in love with her. 😍😍😍

@joktanjapet8069 6 years ago

What's really really amazing is that Macelito doesn't have a formal musical training...
He was just practicing while working with his daily work before...
