why are they talking about CC creators like they are coal miners with 9 kids waiting at home all hungry and shivering and whatever

"There is no ethical consumption"... Be the change you want to see in the world, girl!

not enough people call out satch for calling for a sims boycott for years but the second people were actually boycotting, suddenly it's performative and he doesn’t know anything about politics 😂

FakeGamerGirl is the GOAT. Despite her username, she's the realest creator out there

@Capnbritish 4 months ago

This is fucking embarrassing. Like genuinely humiliating. EA's leadership were probably laughing out the window and they were frankly correct to do so.

People are out here acting like sims creators are first responders and that society will be worse off for them not being there 💀 looks like the CC creators that are in the marketplace learned their greedy ways straight from EA

complaining in COSPLAY is crazywork literal sims waving at the player bc their needs are low

I find it weird to treat the modders as if their whole career should be being a sims 4 modder. Like... sure follow your dreams but isn't it better to expand your options and make art for multiple other projects or have a stable job? Seems risky to put so much into one game as an independent creator.

cringiest “protest” ever

@ringoism 4 months ago

10:00 she can not be serious..if none of those creators agreed to participate in the market place it would not exist. people are happy to support them on their patreon etc but through some new money making bs ea made is crazy

@kellernorth4351 4 months ago

The whole "they need to pay the bills!" Thing makes ZERO sense. Marketplace is new, how tf were they making money beforehand?

@chiccaluminosa 4 months ago (edited)

12:07 mind you, this creator has made multiple videos criticizing Paralives for having only 16 afro hairstyles of 66 (1/4) on launch. TS4 barely has 16 afro hairstyles after 10years and multpliple dlcs. Blocked me when I called her out for glazing TS lmao

@MorganVsTheInternet 4 months ago (edited)

3:09 Their whole “ protest” feels like a skit someone would make to mock SJWs!

@JETWTF 4 months ago

Petitions only work when backed by a boycott. They tell the company why they are being boycotted so they can fix it and end the boycott. It could be a billion signatures but without the boycott it will go straight into the trash.

@Magicme79 4 months ago

So they’re protesting on camera, so that their followers will see them protesting. But they’re also doing it veeeery quietly, so that EA won’t notice that they’re out there

you know what's the worst? they don't even play the sims 4 as it's broken, shitty and mess up. they turn it on once a month, try to play and close the game. yet at the same time - they still gonna pretend they are the players of this game. I can't
