Excellent! You’re correct in the rarity of blue or blue green pigments. I’ve only seen that twice and in close proximity to each panel.
Copper mines are just across the valley, so it’s thought the mineral base to the paint is as you say, azurite ir malachite.
The pigment in yours could be someone carrying it a ways before being used.

I'm always amazed at the time these artists took to prepare the rock by making it smooth before applying any pigments. There is something very special and sacred about these places.

My interpretation is that this was a snake clan. They will go into trance and put a rattlesake in their mouths. I see that he put the snake in his mouth, got bit and  his spirit was sent to heaven (the winged person.) I may or may not be right, just what I see. The open mouth to the left can be a side view. Also on the first panel the feet had 6 digits. There were supposedly giants that lived in the area and had 6 digits. Skeletons have been found at Chaco and Canyon de Chelly in caves. They were cannibalistic.
