Three years later, I visited Roman and Evelina again, this time to see their new 40 sq m mini-house.
Roman and Evelina built it themselves, preserving all the trees on the property. The house features a large terrace, a sauna, a well-thought-out layout, and many interesting solutions for a small space.
In this episode, I'll show you the house, the property, talk about the construction and all the unusual design decisions, and also find out how much the turnkey house cost and how long it took to build.
