I transformed my apartment into a country house with my own hands! 51 m² interior design with two terraces.

Kastamonu presented the first customization project for double-sided interior facades in Russia: Kastamonu Customization. The main idea is simple: one product, two colors, and much more freedom in furniture creation.
Evosoft and Evogloss decorative panels allow you to combine two colors or decors in a single product. This option helps make your kitchen, wardrobe, or custom furniture more personal: you can choose a combination to suit your specific interior, rather than limiting yourself to a single color. Alexey is originally from Michurinsk. In 2008, the factory where he worked closed, and he moved to Moscow. He renovated his first house, an old merchant's house, himself. During the pandemic, a friend invited him to build a hotel in Sochi, and since then, Alexey has been involved in construction and design. To improve his skills, he graduated from the International School of Design.
This apartment in Krasnogorsk is his third. It has 51 square meters and two terraces of 18 and 4 square meters. He had to wait six years for it because the developer went bankrupt. The children had grown up and moved out, so Alexey and his wife were renovating an apartment for the two of them, wanting it to feel like a country house. Alexey did the entire renovation himself, and ordered almost all the furniture based on his own designs. The renovation took a year and cost 4.5 million rubles.
In this episode, Alexey shows how he plastered the walls and ceilings of the entire apartment for 3,000 rubles and why he left the paint-stained concrete wall in the living room. He also shares how to make a 2.70 m ceiling appear higher and how you can save money by taking your time with the renovation.
