i have been doing series 1 2 and 3 for few months now had some photos taken a few days ago and was shocked to see how much my face had toned up. It has given me my confidence back so don't give up they really do work, might take some people a bit longer then others but you will get there. (this beautiful lady knows her stuff) stick with her

I have just finished series 2 and will be starting series 3 tomorrow. I can't tell you how much these exercises have changed my appearance and especially my confidence. I had the worst problem with hooded eyelids but now can actually see my lids! I will turn 61 in August, but people tell me I look like I'm in my forties or even late thirties. I have a staff member at my private practice who is in her forties and has been having botox injections as well as other procedures done to her face and rather than admit that she's having them done, she makes up stories for why she has red dots and bruises on her face.
Peta, I'm so grateful for these exercises because they're safer, more effective, easier on the pocketbook, and all natural. Many thanks to you!

Peta is such a blessing, she seems very kind, loving, and has no ego (which no one should have - as that creates separation between all people). She is delightful and I so enjoy these videos. Thank you, Sweet Peta!

Best vid I've found for neck firming! I've now subscribed and will be adding some face exercises to my routine. Your face and neck look great. Thanks for your great videos.

I still look at your before pics and think "Looks like a different person." Your exercises are amazing. I think my favorite ones are for the neck. They are the easiest to do and it's where I need the most work.

I'm so glad that I've found your channel, Peta! These are the exercises I was looking for - thank you so much!

Wow Peta. I really felt this exercise and really appreciate this because my neck is sure a tricky one. I have noticed changes from doing your exercises but it has been very gradual. I have always loved my long swan neck and I am hoping I can be proud of it again. Your neck is lovely! xoxox Gwen

Thank you! You will be canonized Saint of The Facial Muscles someday.

You seriously are doing Godly work.

Do you know if you will be getting more of the Laser Lift Microcurrent devices? I prefer to purchase from you. I'm hoping it will stimulate my paralyzed muscles back to normal. The upper frontalis just won't budge.
