I get so much out of every episode Kent. I never miss one. But this one is more special than any. Your insight and perspective on cowboy and ranch cooking is so valuable to us all. We love campfire and cast iron cooking, but should never forget where it all started. Thank you and Shannon so much for all that you add to our lives.

As a former Army cook, I really enjoy your videos. I’ve always felt like I was born a hundred years too late. They say you can’t live in the past but I sure do try. I’m seventy five years old and live on my daughter and son-in-law’s ranch. I feed the cows and tend the chickens and absolutely love every minute of it. We’re into calving season now so I’m out checking on the herd every day, several times a day. If I were to fall over dead out in the pasture, I would die a happy man.

I always loved listening to the stories my Grandpa would tell me about growing up dirt floor poor, walking bare foot all summer long and cat fishing to have food to eat.

Only you Cowboy Kent can tell a story as good as Papa.

Good bless you Cowboy.

I have watched so many of Kent’s videos that have helped me cook and taught me life lessons. Thank you Kent and Shannon for preaching that daily life is about hard work, commitment, dedication, and devotion to God. That, makes the food worth the time.

I love the facts that you're Soft spoken, humble, kind, a great teacher on cooking and most of all is that you're a Christian and God fearing man. Thanks to you and Shannon for all you do.

Thank you Cowboy Kent for sharing your history and experiences of being a cowboy cook as well as giving the history of Cookie’s life. I’m glad you have Shannon with you, too. Thank God for the truckers as well! God bless y’all and take care out there.

I love the history that Kent and Shannon bring to their trail drives. And even more importantly, I love how Kent stands up for Shannon. I also love Kent's recipes and have made several of them. Thank you both for your entertaining stories and what you both do. ❤❤❤
