My dream when i get my drivers license has always been to drive out to a little outpost like this, sit and ponder for a couple of hours. Just me, just my thoughts.

Another winter, and i love winter. pray for whoever reads this comment to always be safe

This is the sound of everything being alright even though everything is NOT alright.

Currently on a trip back from holiday, it’s just gone 4:40am and my dad is driving down an empty highway, idk if anyone will read this but I’ve never seen one empty before it’s so weird. It’s dark and foggy and this hits so good. My window is open and the breeze of the night is amazing. I’ve never felt so calm in my life. I love silent hill, my dad got me into it from a mostly young age along with Outlast and Resident Evil and other old horror games. Idk why I wanted to share I’ve never felt so calm and great. Best thing is I have tomorrow…or well today off school since I’ll get back around 6 or 7 (no joke I’m being genuine) and I’ll be resting for the rest of the day ready for school the next day ❤

I just realized that the Silent Hill 2 remake gave a whole new generation an outlet for their darkest feelings, which are on a much bigger scale, as even with my generation (1996). The world back then was a much healthier and peaceful place than it is today .....and even then, this game spoke to people with troubled minds.

We back boys. And no, it hasn’t gotten any better since the last time I was here. I hope it has for you guys.

Not me searching for Amara Lorne arche type quiz after seeing it mentioned three times today. I don’t even normally do these quizzes. The curiosity got me.

To whomever it may apply to, slow down.

We all reach where we're going at different speeds and don't let the pace of other's dictate where you feel you should be at. Learn to appreciate loneliness and love yourself. And remember that change isn't a light switch that you flick on and off and just become the person you want to be just like that; it is slow, gradual, and progressive.

There is no rush.
Just try not to become something you don't want to be. Become something that makes you smile when you look in a mirror.

Yep, that time of the year again

This is by far my favorite background noise. All praises to you my friend 🙏🏾

To all who read this comment, we don't know each other and probably never will but I wish you all the best in life and all the luck in the worldi 💕

Accidentally went to sleep and this started playing and I had some unsettling dreams....

good luck to you who read it, if u have a bad period or u just chill, i pray for u!

This is my favorite ambient music to fall asleep to. I find myself coming back to this.

James is getting soaked wet. Also he never went beyond the barrier. So this feels like the ending instead of the start of the game. He'll be leaving Silent Hill after experiencing all the horrors but eventually found peace and will now be able to move on with his life. He ponders at the foggy lake. He'll drive away later on. But for one last time, he's processing everything that had happened, and how he can leave this all behind. Silent Hill.

I discovered this masterpiece 4 years ago, the person I considered the love of my life just left me without a word while I was alone thousands of miles away from home. After a definitive closure a few weeks later, this song popped randomly in my playlist while i was still grieving in the night and I had the best night sleep ever after weeks of insomnias. It is now my personal favorite.

The '' underworld '' or nightmare version look SO good. How dark it is outside with rain falling (it's not night, it's the void, the emptyness) once you talk to angela and go outside in the corridor, with the orange light, you hear pyramidhead footsteps, you really understand how crazy (evil) this place is. It is rare to say it, but I do prefer silent hill remake over the original.
It is by far, the best remake after re1 remake. They really did a perfect job and it's so faithful to the original with some changes.

You spend time thinking, it keeps you sane, you have time to be a person, to back up yourself, say you got this! It makes you insane eventually but most things are good in moderation.

"in my restless dreams i see that town...silent hill"
