Nice of you to help out the hobbits

Anyone else watch the 4 mins of black screen at the end? Was like waiting for a secret track on a cd 😂

kirk for god sake stop buying brushes from the £1 shop lol love you mate

As a diyer I get the 5kg box with single bags inside it's a little more money but less waste if you only need it every now and then

Love this channel. I'm a decorator. You can tell you're a plasterer. When you mixed up I chuckled. Powder first only needed a little powder for the first fill. Then re-mix up another batch. You can go back over fairly quickly. ❤

Brave of you to open the bag indoors!

I absolutely love your videos Kirk! ........... Very, very informative and clear, but done with humour ...... and no Bull S**t! ........... Cheers Pal!

We use this a lot to blend in bad plastering. We did a 5* hotel in London and the light from the window hit the ‘tiger stripes’ on the original plaster and it looked awful. By the time we went over it with Easifill and a bit of sanding it was perfect.

Nice tip regarding the polishing, about to fill some old socket holes and will give it a go, though I'll be bulk filling with bonding compound just shy of the surface.

Freaky, yesterday I asked my wife if she knew where the easifil was, and today this video came up! She couldn’t find it by the way so I used an old tube of polyfiller, which was okayish, but I hate sanding which is why I use easyfil. Like another poster, but the box of 5 small bags, costa more but lasts longer, assuming you remember where you left it😂

This easy fill saved me thousands, my painter used it on my refurbs, saves me re-plastering

Patching in is a skill, some plasterers are brilliant at plastering large areas on site, one guy on our site apparently used to put on all the ceilings upstairs (wearing stilts)0n price, and would do 100m2 in a day, others would do 3 hits x6 bags of multy a day,but they wouldn't have the patience to do repairs..nice video kirk.

You are doing us spreads out of work mate, your excellent teaching can get anyone plastered patching 😮

I can see why he tripped over!

Such a neat n tidy worker!  Kirk .... you're my plastering mentor!

Perfect instruction. Easyfill 60 is brilliant, easy to mix and apply (20 is not for diy). And far better value than any filler. Smoothing is far harder than plaster and always sand.

I use Tourpet ready mixed filler for jobs like that it’s similar to easy fill except it’s literally pop open tub scoop out and fill and tub stays in van for next job . Screwfix sell it about a tenner 👍👍

It's a great bulk filler but i would'nt use it for high traffic areas due to it being an easy sand filler, you can have the heating on or even a blower as it dries not set like plaster.
We've taped/jointed shops and offices etc over night and had them sanded ready for the decorator by morning, also note it can be used as a cove adhesive too.

I’d recommend a dust sheet too….good work though

Excellent video! Thank you for this video. Great at teaching!
