Six months ago, I took my first Zepbound injection with absolutely no idea where this journey would take me.
And what a six months it has been.
For this update, I wanted to do something a little different. Instead of simply sitting down and talking about the last six months, I'm taking you along with me as I look back at where I started, where I am today, and everything that's happened in between.
We're talking about the weight loss, of course—but also the things the scale could never tell you.
My changing body. My improved health. My relationship with food. The nausea and motion sickness that challenged me for months. Finding ways to exercise that work for my body. My insurance battle. Non-scale victories. And all of the little observations I've made along the way.
Some parts of this journey have been harder than I expected. Other parts have surprised me in the best possible way.
Most importantly, this is MY experience. I'm still learning my body, still making adjustments, and still taking this journey one week at a time.

I was going through the same things...With your tiredness, make sure that you're not suffering from malnutrition.
Get that protein and water in you.
Even with the 2.5 dose, I had a lot of success.
I went from 314 to 290 in less than 1 month.
I had to force myself to eat and I was super tired. It's like I can't stand carbs at all and started craving watermelon, cottage cheese, baked chicken, Greek yogurt with blueberries...i hated that stuff before the Zepbound started LOL.
Also, I became obsessed with working out a lot. My joints, knees and back feel night and day better.
I'm meeting with my doctor this week to discuss the 5.0 dose. Lookout world.
