My journey on Zepbound was wonderful

I am hardly ever hunger, but that never stops me from eating.

I was granted Zep bound through my diagnosis of sleep apnea also. I am 67 years old. My copay is $230 a month. I need to lose the weight for knee replacement. My daughter's paying the co-payment for me. I am so blessed to have her

I'm 61 and on month 6 of Zepbound and it has really changed my life. I do exercise regularly but I was exercising before so Zepbound motivated me. Thank you for sharing your journey.❤

I sent your video to my cousin. It’s awesome! Thank you for keeping it real and putting people in their place! Where were you when they were adding blood pressure medication I’m swollen and inflamed. I can’t breathe as I’m walking on a flat surface back to my car I can’t get up and do my job effectively. I can’t I don’t wanna walk around Disneyland with my kids because I’m just slowly dying but they keep adding medication! That bow has really giving me years of my life back.

Love this video ❤. I’m 65 and qualified for the Medicare Bridge Program.  I get Zepbound for $50 per month.  The program runs through December 31, 2027.  I walk daily and work out with a trainer twice a week.  I’ve been on it for 7 weeks.  I’ve lost 8 pounds and that includes two cruises!  So I’m good with that!  I think I’ll stay on 2.5 for one more month.  Thank you for sharing your journey!

OMG!  I don’t know how this video crossed my path.  However, you are describing my journey to a T.  I started my Zepbound journey on my 60th birthday, I just turned 61 and I’m down 65lbs.  I have about 50 more to go.  Slow and steady weight loss.  I’m getting ready to add strength training.  I just purchased the bands, A kettlebell and walking pad.  I have no regrets.  I was overweight all of my 50’s.  I refuse to live that same way in my 60’s plus’s.

Yes portion control makes having a treat possible. If I eat in a restaurant even healthy meals, I blow up, sodium 🧂 is the culprit I know. I’ve lost 240 pounds. Mounjaro has helped me lose the last 100. Almost at goal and looking into plastic surgery. Skin removal. Yep the better I do the better I want to do. Congratulations lovely lady. 💯❤️‍🔥🔥🚀🚀🚀

I started when I was 63 (Oct 2024). I reached my goal/maintenance weight in May 2026, 140-145 lb range. I lost a total of 89 lbs. I feel better overall and labs are in normal range as well. Thank you for sharing your journey for those of the same age. 🎉🎉
